We strive to provide excellent service for our clients. In order to do so, we have updated our Cancellations and No Show policy. Cancellations and No Shows leave gaps in our schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice and prevent us from being able to accommodate other clients waiting for appointments. You must provide 24-hours notice for appointment cancellations.
Clients who cancel their appointments without 24 hour notice or do not show up for their reserved appointment time are considered a Cancellation/No- Show and will be assessed a $25.00 fee.
